So, You Want to Lose Weight?

Can you REALLY lose weight on a Plant Based Diet? For real though, no lip service, I want to lose weight.  Kickin’ Vegan, Do you really believe that people can lose weight just by changing what they eat? Hey, I hear ya. It is so hard to lose weight! But If you listen up, I’m going to give you the holy grail here. Yes, this information has been around since the beginning of time. I didn’t invent it. It is not a trick, or a fad, or a temporary abstinence, or a body system shocker. This is life, man. I for one, want to be able to eat as much as I want without counting anything,  who has time for that? I want to be able to do that without repercussion and stay smokin’ hot!

I hope you are feeling as fantastically sound in body and mind as I am. I want to talk for a quick second about the magic of a woman’s body. This post is going to get really personal, but the takeaway I want you to leave with, is one of respect for yourself and what your body has to offer you.

Let’s create a movement of happiness when we truly accept ourselves, stop with the stories and the self abuse, and lean way in to treating ourselves like the awesome miracles that we are.
