So, You Want to Lose Weight?

Can you REALLY lose weight on a Plant Based Diet? For real though, no lip service, I want to lose weight.  Kickin’ Vegan, Do you really believe that people can lose weight just by changing what they eat? Hey, I hear ya. It is so hard to lose weight! But If you listen up, I’m going to give you the holy grail here. Yes, this information has been around since the beginning of time. I didn’t invent it. It is not a trick, or a fad, or a temporary abstinence, or a body system shocker. This is life, man. I for one, want to be able to eat as much as I want without counting anything,  who has time for that? I want to be able to do that without repercussion and stay smokin’ hot!

There come times in our lives, I call them “seasons” when things don’t go as planned. How do we make do with what we’ve got in times of uncertainty and scarcity?

I’m going to go ahead and take that as a sign that we should all give plant based a go right now, as if God is saying, “Hey, let’s work on keeping our immunities up, I have provided, just like you prayed for!”

There has NEVER been a better time in history to focus on your health, and the grocery stores are practically begging you to.
